One of the best malls i have ever been to. The ambiance, the infrastructure, the interior, the staff everything is just top notch, including the prices 😅 Entire mall is neat and clean and you will find all the famous and non famous national and international brand shops here. Very easily you can spend an evening here.

The mall is so clean. I personally have visited this mall 3-4 times. There are many brands to shop. Even they have a counter where you can give your e-waste for recycling. It has PVR also. The food court is also great. I myself have bought many things here. This Mall is great for shopping and food. It has a different vibe too.

One of the best malls i have ever been to. The ambiance, the infrastructure, the interior, the staff everything is just top notch, including the prices 😅 Overall, there are many outlets for shopping but the pricing is a bit on the higher side. The mall gives you good vibes due to its ambience and they provide a huge area catering to the needs of customers who want to have food there. The space is such that people use it for meetings, get together and some amount of work too.

The brand mix is a clear draw—anchors like Azorte, Lifestyle, and W sit alongside Apple, Sephora, MAC, and a strong lineup of fashion and accessories, plus Dorabjee’s for everyday needs. The 6-screen PVR ICON multiplex adds to the day-out appeal. Navigation is straightforward across lower ground plus three shopping levels, with a spacious food court offering broad choices—from quick bites like Burger King, Subway, and Pizza Hut to Indian staples and cafés—which helps groups find something without fuss. Facilities such as baby care rooms and valet are available, and prams are reportedly provided subject to availability, which makes family visits simpler. Hours typically run 10:00 AM–10:00 PM daily. Location is prime—right by JW Marriott on Senapati Bapat Road—and the mall includes multi-level parking; expect paid parking with weekday and weekend rates, and plan for higher demand at peak times. On the whole, Pavilion feels less chaotic than some larger suburban malls, with a curated brand set and tidy common areas.

After I lost a gold bracelet during my visit, the mall management and staff were extremely helpful and proactive in assisting us. A special mention to Paresh, who took the time to guide us through the process and ensured that the situation was handled with care and attention. The team was patient, supportive, and genuinely concerned about helping us resolve the issue. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful moment much easier for us. Had a really great experience at Pavilion Mall! The mall is well-maintained and has a wide variety of brands spread across all floors, making it a perfect place for shopping and hanging out. I especially loved shopping at Mohanlal & Sons and the Casio showroom — made some awesome purchases there and couldn’t be happier! One of the highlights is TGIF (TGI Fridays) on the top floor. They serve some excellent chicken pasta — honestly, I feel hungry just writing about it 😅 The mall also has plenty of parking available, which makes visits super convenient. There’s a food court on the lower ground floor with good options as well. What truly stood out to me is the staff — this is the only mall where I’ve seen staff consistently greeting visitors with “Good Morning,” “Good Afternoon,” and “Good Evening.” It genuinely feels welcoming the moment you enter. Highly recommended for shopping, food, and a great overall vibe!

The Pavilion Mall in Pune offers a great shopping and leisure experience. The mall is well-maintained, spacious, and has a wide range of top brands under one roof. The food court has plenty of options from quick bites to full meals and the ambiance is clean and vibrant. Parking is convenient, and the staff are generally helpful. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends or family, watch a movie, or just relax over coffee. Overall, a well-designed and comfortable mall in the heart of the city.

Going to this place since I was a child and completely in love with this mall... honestly speaking, the food court is beyond excellent...the design they have done and the fact that it's on the most bottom floor (just on the top of the parking lot), unlike most of the malls where the food court is on the top floor (eg. like the ones in Elpro and Westend Mall)...and the mall gives a Koregaon Park-like vibe, it gives a rick-atmosphere...have heard that items are very costly here, it has a Crossword with a lot of interesting books so I'd hugely recommend that for bookworms...and on the very top one of my favourite places of that mall is the PVR ICON which is of 6-screens and gives a premium-experience...and now that floor also has a 24K Kraft Brewzzz which gives a rooftop experience And talking about the food court, which is at the very bottom floor of the mall, as I mentioned earlier...has lot of good options (my fav one is the Good Flilpin' Burgers)...there's also Burger King, Pizza Hut there...but no McD which might make some customers sad...overall this mall is a must-visit despite being costly...you will definitely have a great time here visiting this mall.
